Booking Terms and Conditions
All appointments will be booked via Fresha, this is either by the client or by the salon staff as requested, you will receive a text or email confirmation whereby you will be asked to enter your card details to confirm your appointment. No money will be taken from your card at this point. You can still pay at the end of your appointment by either card, cash or transfer. If an appointment is not confirmed by card by 48 hours before your appointment then your appointment will be automatically cancelled on the system and the appointment will be given to another client. If you need to amend or cancel your appointment you will need to do this before 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you amend or cancel your appointment within 48 hours before your appointment date and time you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. This can be taken from the card confirmed on the system by the salon.
If you amend or cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charge a fee of 100% of the appointment total, this can be charged to your confirmed card by the salon.
If you do not pay the fee or your card is declined when charged you will be removed from the system and no future appointments can be booked unless payment is made upfront and the outstanding charge is paid.
Whilst we understand there are some unavoidable circumstances whereby the charge may seem unfair it will be up to the discretion of the salon owner to waiver any fees or charges.
